Citizenship & Naturalization (N-600, N-400)

After a person has been a Legal Permanent Resident for five years (or three years if the applicant is married to a U.S. Citizen), he or she is eligible to apply for U.S. Citizenship. Additional requirements including residency, good moral character, the civics and English tests, and an in person interview at USCIS are part of this application process. We regularly assist clients with their citizenship applications and interviews and we are always very pleased when one of our clients becomes a U.S. Citizen. If you are interested in learning more about the citizenship process, please contact our office to schedule an immigration consultation.
